Do I need to take Haro Clear Daily?
Given the growing scientific evidence of Haro Clear, we recommend taking two capsules daily with a meal.
One in the morning and one in the evening.

Why Ficin is not included in the Haro Clear formula?
Haro Clear contains all the ingredients from the studies except for Ficin, which is not approved for use in dietary supplements in the USA.
We are in the process of seeking approval from the FDA, and once approved, we will update our formula. In the meantime, rest assured that our current formula is packed with a variety of great nutrients to support your eye and body health.
