Shipping policy

We want every Haro Health order to arrive clearly, reliably, and with no surprises at checkout. Available services, delivery estimates, and final charges are shown before you place your order.
United States shipping
For addresses in the contiguous United States:
- Economy shipping is $4.45 for orders below $69.99.
- Economy shipping is free for orders of $69.99 or more.
- The current economy delivery estimate is 5–8 business days.
- Express shipping is available for $32.95 with a current estimate of 1–2 business days.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other supported U.S. territories, economy shipping is currently $9.50 with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed. They are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, address issues, or events outside our control.
International shipping
International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Rates are calculated by the available carrier based on the destination and order. An international handling charge may be included in the displayed rate. Duties, taxes, brokerage, and import requirements vary by destination; checkout will show prepaid-duty options when the selected carrier supports them. If duties are not prepaid, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country.
Haro Health may limit or discontinue shipping to a destination when legal, product, carrier, or operational requirements cannot be met. Hong Kong customers should use the local availability information shown on the Haro Health Hong Kong experience; direct Haro Health checkout is not currently offered there.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are processed on business days. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please verify your delivery address before submitting your order and contact hello@harohealth.com promptly if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@harohealth.com with your order number and photographs of the package and product. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us so we can review the shipment.
