Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • We currently only ship online orders within the United States.
  • For 2-day air and overnight shipping, orders received on a business day by 12:00 noon EST and in stock will be shipped the same day.

Third-Party Shipping:

  • If shipping to a third party, you are responsible for any shipping charges that may apply.
  • Returns are not allowed from third-party shippers once an order has been reshipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are dynamically quoted at checkout, depending on the method and option you choose.

Shipping Methods:

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping using FedEx as the primary carrier. USPS may be used occasionally. All orders include tracking numbers provided with your order confirmation.
    • Note: Delivery times are estimated.
  2. 2-Day Delivery:

    • To receive in-stock products within 2 business days, orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST.
    • Recommended for orders that need refrigeration.
    • Note: 2-day delivery applies only to business days. Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST on Thursday may be delivered on the following Monday, and Friday orders may be delivered on Tuesday. Delivery outside the contiguous 48 states cannot be guaranteed within 2 days.
    • Note: Delivery times are estimated.

  3. Express Overnight Delivery:

    • To receive in-stock products by the next business day, orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST.
    • Note: Express Overnight Delivery usually does not include weekends. Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST on Friday may be delivered on Monday.
    • Available only in the contiguous 48 states.
    • Note: Delivery times are estimated.

Kits and Out-of-Stock Items:

  • Supplements in kits are intended to work together. Kits with products that are out of stock will ship when all products become available.
  • Orders with out-of-stock items will be partially shipped, with the packing slip indicating the backorder status.

Shipping Refunds:

  • Shipping refunds are only issued if we do not meet our processing timeline.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Credit card companies will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement in case your order is International.
  • International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority International, which usually takes 6-20 business days.
  • International duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that importing a specific nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in your country.

Return of Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, customer refusal, or customs restrictions, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost billed for the return. No credit will be issued if customs abandon the package.

Declaration of Value and Contents:

  • We declare the full value of your order (excluding shipping charges) on the shipping label or documents. The contents are labeled as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use."

Import Taxes:

  • You may be required to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees imposed by your government. These charges are separate from your shipping costs and will be billed directly by your local customs office.

International Import Restrictions:

  • Your total order cost must be less than $1,600 to be considered for personal use.

Free Shipping & Handling:

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard ground shipping in the contiguous 48 United States. Expedited orders will incur additional charges.
  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska only qualify for free standard ground shipping when over $250.

Handling of Out-of-Stock Items:

  • If an item in your order is out of stock, your order will be partially shipped. The packing slip will indicate any backordered items.
