Formula & ingredients
What is Haro Clear?
Haro Clear is a daily eye-nutrition supplement that combines nine ingredients: fruit enzymes, carotenoids, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts.
What ingredients are in Haro Clear?
The formula contains vitamin C, zinc, bromelain, papain, L-lysine, hesperidin, grape seed extract, lutein and zeaxanthin. Explore the full ingredients and Supplement Facts.
Are the ingredient amounts per capsule or per day?
The full daily serving is two capsules. Our ingredient explorer lets you switch between per-capsule and daily amounts so you can compare like for like. See the full ingredients and Supplement Facts.
Does Haro Clear use a vegetarian capsule?
Yes. Haro Clear uses a vegetarian HPMC capsule shell. Review the complete label, including the other ingredients, when checking whether the product fits your dietary preferences.
Does Haro Clear contain titanium dioxide?
Yes. Titanium dioxide is present in the capsule shell, separate from the nine ingredients in the eye-nutrition formula. It gives the shell its opaque white appearance and helps limit light exposure to the formula. See the full ingredients and Supplement Facts for the complete other-ingredients list.
A familiar example: Next time you enjoy your favorite cinnamon bun, take a look at the icing ingredients: some cinnamon-bun icings use titanium dioxide for a white appearance. It is also used in some candies, medicines and toothpastes.
What if I have a food or ingredient allergy?
Review every ingredient on your package with your healthcare professional before use. Bromelain and papain are fruit-derived enzymes; tell your clinician about relevant allergies. Contact us if you need help finding ingredient information rather than assuming the product is suitable.
Where can I check the full product label?
The full ingredients and Supplement Facts include ingredient forms, amounts and other ingredients. Always follow the directions and precautions on the package you receive.
Research & eye health
What research informed Haro Clear?
Published studies of nutrients, fruit enzymes and related formulations informed the formula. Our research page explains what was studied, the findings, and how the ingredients and amounts compare with Haro Clear.
How does Haro Clear compare with other eye floater supplements, including VitreousHealth and VitroCap N?
Haro Clear, VitreousHealth and VitroCap N list five shared nutrient categories: L-lysine, vitamin C, grape seed extract, zinc and a citrus-derived ingredient. Haro Clear also includes bromelain, papain, lutein and zeaxanthin. Check the current label for the version sold in your country.
The cited studies are not head-to-head comparisons with Haro Clear and do not establish superior or equivalent results for Haro Clear. Compare the listed ingredients and review the sources.
Were the studies performed on the finished Haro Clear product?
The studies presented on our research page concern individual ingredients or other formulations. They do not establish the same outcomes for the finished Haro Clear product. Check each study’s formulation, dose, participants and limitations.
Can Haro Clear remove eye floaters?
The research we discuss does not establish that Haro Clear removes floaters. Floaters should be evaluated by an eye-care professional, especially if they are new or changing. Learn about floaters and when to seek care.
Is Haro Clear an AREDS2 supplement?
No. Haro Clear has different ingredients and amounts from AREDS2. Do not replace a clinician-recommended AREDS2 product with Haro Clear. Our AMD guide explains the distinction; the National Eye Institute explains who may benefit from AREDS2.
Can Haro Clear replace dry-eye drops or prescribed treatment?
No. Continue your prescribed care unless your clinician advises otherwise. Dry eye can have different causes and treatments; Haro Clear is not a replacement for an examination or treatment plan. Explore our dry-eye guide and NEI’s dry-eye information.
Which changes in vision need urgent attention?
A sudden shower of new floaters, flashes of light, or a dark curtain or shadow across your vision needs urgent assessment by an eye doctor or emergency department. Do not wait to see whether a supplement helps. See the National Eye Institute’s warning signs.
Taking Haro Clear
How do I take Haro Clear?
Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with a meal, as directed on the label. Two capsules provide the full daily serving.
How long should I take Haro Clear before assessing results?
Published studies of related formulations assessed outcomes after three and six months. Haro Clear is designed for consistent daily use, but individual results and timelines vary, and some people may not notice a change. Explore our Research & Evidence page for study details.
If my floaters improve, should I stop taking Haro Clear?
You do not need to stop solely because you notice an improvement. Haro Clear is intended for ongoing daily eye-nutrition support, not as a time-limited course. We recommend continuing Haro Clear as directed as part of a daily eye-nutrition routine, alongside a balanced diet, to support vitreous health and ongoing eye nutrition.
Can I take it with medications or other supplements?
Talk with your healthcare professional before starting Haro Clear if you take medication, use other supplements, or have a medical condition. Share the full ingredient label so they can review it with you.
Should I take more capsules for faster results?
Follow the amount on your label. Taking more is not an established way to get faster results. Ask your healthcare professional before changing your routine.
Can I take Haro Clear while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Speak with your healthcare professional before starting Haro Clear if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Bring the complete label to that conversation.
Can I open the capsule if swallowing is difficult?
Haro Clear uses size #00 capsules, approximately 23.4 mm long and 8.15 mm in diameter. Ask your healthcare professional about an appropriate way to take it before opening, crushing or otherwise changing the capsule. View the capsule illustration and dimensions.
What should I do if I feel unwell after taking it?
Stop using the product and contact a healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical care for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms. You can also report a product concern to hello@harohealth.com with the lot number and where you bought it.
Does taking a supplement replace a balanced diet or eye exams?
No. Use Haro Clear in the context of your diet, routine eye care and your clinician’s advice. A supplement does not diagnose symptoms or replace prescribed care.
Quality & storage
Where is Haro Clear manufactured?
Haro Clear is manufactured in Oklahoma City, USA, with imported and domestic ingredients. Learn more on our Quality & Testing page.
What testing and manufacturing information can I review?
Our quality page describes ingredient-content, heavy-metal and microbiological testing, and the facility’s NSF/ANSI 455-2 manufacturing certification. Visit Quality & Testing or contact us with a specific question.
Does manufacturing certification mean the product is clinically proven?
No. Manufacturing standards and product testing address different questions from clinical research. Quality checks do not establish that Haro Clear treats an eye condition. Our research page explains the evidence and its limits.
How should I store Haro Clear?
Keep it in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children. Follow your package’s storage instructions and expiration date. Retain the original packaging so the label and lot information remain available.
What if my Haro Clear arrives warm or is left outside during delivery?
A warm box or pouch on arrival does not, by itself, mean your Haro Clear has been damaged. Brief warmth during delivery is different from prolonged exposure to excessive heat, but the product’s condition cannot be confirmed by touch alone.
Bring your delivery indoors promptly. Keep the capsules sealed in their original pouch or bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Follow the storage instructions and expiration date on your package.
If the package was very hot, was exposed to heat for a prolonged period, has a damaged seal, or the capsules look or smell unusual, contact us before using them. Send your order number, lot number, photos and any details about the heat exposure to hello@harohealth.com so we can help assess whether a replacement is needed.
What information helps you investigate a product concern?
Send the lot number, where you purchased the product and a description of the concern to hello@harohealth.com. Include clear photos of the packaging if relevant. Please do not send private medical records.
Starter Kit & refills
Is the new Starter Kit the same Haro Clear as the original blue box?
Yes. The formula and ingredient amounts are exactly the same. The packaging has changed: today’s Starter Kit pairs a reusable glass bottle with two refill pouches. Keep your bottle and choose refill pouches when you need more Haro Clear.

What comes in the Starter Kit?
The Starter Kit includes a reusable glass bottle, refill funnel, getting-started materials and two 90-capsule refill pouches. That is 180 capsules, or 90 days at the label directions. Review the current product options before ordering.
How long does one refill pouch last?
A 90-capsule pouch lasts 45 days at two capsules daily. Two pouches provide 180 capsules, or a 90-day supply at that serving.
Do I need another Starter Kit when I run out?
You can keep the reusable bottle and funnel and order refill pouches. Compare the current product options to choose the package that fits your routine.
How do refills and subscriptions work?

How should I clean the reusable glass bottle?
The glass bottle is reusable and dishwasher safe. Remove the cap before washing, and wash the cap by hand only. Make sure the bottle and cap are completely dry before refilling or closing the bottle.

Replacement glass bottles are not currently sold separately. To receive a new reusable glass bottle, please purchase a new Starter Kit.
