What matters in an explanation

Research explanations should point to the study or authoritative health resource behind them, so you can explore more than a headline.
Keep the context.
Who took part, what they took, the amount, and the study’s duration all matter. A result from one formulation cannot automatically be applied to another.
Make the details clear.
Ingredient names, forms and amounts help you compare products. Per-capsule amounts and a full daily serving should be clearly distinguished.
