Haro Health subscriptions make it easy to keep your routine on schedule. The product, quantity, delivery frequency, price, discount, and recurring billing terms are shown before you authorize the subscription at checkout.

Recurring charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Haro Health to charge the payment method on file for each recurring order until you cancel. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated for each order. Discounts apply according to the selling plan shown at checkout.

Manage or cancel

You may manage, skip, pause, or cancel an active subscription through your Haro Health customer account or the subscription-management link in your subscription emails. You may also contact hello@harohealth.com for help.

To avoid a future charge, complete the cancellation before that order is processed. Cancellation stops future recurring orders; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders follow the Haro Health Return Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself create a refund for an order that has already been processed or shipped.
